Quick Easy Breakfast Budget Meal

You know those days when you need to get out the door? Or, when you seriously don’t feel like doing a deep dive into cooking due to fatigue? This breakfast is the one to go to for something fast, yet nutritious, yet tasty. 


Grab some Wasa Swedish multigrain crispbread


Spread some Kite Hill vegan plain cream cheese on the crispbread (two tablespoons total) 


Next sprinkle a generous amount of Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning (we do two teaspoons) 


Warm up four slices of Al Fresco pre-cooked chicken bacon in the microwave 


Wash off some Welch’s grapes 


And you are good to goooooo! A healthy, delicious meal that takes five minutes to make.
