Hello fabulous Warriors!
Let's talk about the thing that keeps us all going: FOOD! I am a huge foodie. And to be quite honest, I hope that each and every one of you are as well. Why? Because food is one big adventure and it's so vastly important to feed your body nutritious things. In order to eat well and not get bored or feel limited you have to be willing to go in on some food adventures.
You have to be willing to try new things, explore new areas that you hadn't thought of. In other words, you've gotta be open to expanding your palette and finding new ground. Or, you can simply try things that are unusual for you. Take for instance the picture included in this article. Before I went on this food adventure with cauliflower I wouldn't necessarily say I had a love for the cruciferous vegetable. In fact, I pretty much hated it. But! Instead of letting myself be closed off I decided to be a willing participant in a food adventure. You know what? It. Turned. Out. To. Be. EPIC! That cauliflower was soooooo good! Seriously!
The food shown in this post consists of cauliflower that's been sautéed in olive oil, and topped with tahini and pickled beets. So, not only is it lovely to feast upon, it's Uber easy to make. And to think that I'd been missing out on all this deliciousness. So, my beautiful Warriors, I urge you to join in food adventures with me, with your family, and friends. Open your minds and palates, because you never know what tasty treats await you.
