2016 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show


It's that time of the year: the Victoria's Secret Show. Yay! It's the time when we get to see all the looks Victoria's Secret will be launching in the coming year, and we get to witness all the new faces in the fashion world, as well as our favorites, as they grace the runway for a show that's more like a who's who, rocking, fashion concert hybrid. Ah, I love this show. And I love this brand. This year we see more POC in this event than ever. Jasmine Tookes is even wearing the million dollar bra. But more than any of this we get to feast our eyes on sumptuous lingerie that we can actually purchase. Let me give you the high heel of what's in store.

First off, the show actually takes place a few days before it's aired on television (November 30th). This year it was staged in Paris. To commemorate the shift in geographic location Victoria's Secret is launching its Paris perfume as well… the televised show will take place Monday, December 5th at 10pm, so THAT’S TONIGHT!

The show is split up into six sections: Road Ahead, Mountain Romance, Pink Nation, Secret Angel, Dark Angel and Bright Night Angel. Musical guests for this years fashion show are The Weekend, Lady Gaga, and Bruno Mars. I'd just like to take a moment and give props and give stilleto nails to Bella Hadid for the audacity of walking past her ex, The Weekend, during the show. She did not let their breakup stop her from pushing it forward forward and getting the job done. Well done Bella!

Some of the pictures are jaw dropping… Also, be aware that there's going to be a pre-show airing on the Victoria's Secret site at 9pm tonight.
